Phone Number Tracking Websites: New Tech or Old Scam?
Servis yang saya cerita ini bukan servis yang berada didalam Mobile Playstore, tetapi yang menawarkan perkhidmatan diatas website sahaja. Servis macam ini tak akan lepas oleh penjaga pintu AppStore. Yang ada didalam AppStore itu berlainan.
Sudah lama juga saya lihat websites atau App dalam Apps Store berkaitan JEJAK NOMBOR TELEFON atau PHONE NUMBER TRACKING. Hari ini ada masa sikit untuk saya bagi pendapat saya sebagai orang yang pernah berkerja dalam Syarikat Telekomunasi untuk sekian lama.
Kalau kita buka saja lama web mereka, terus bagi tempat isi nombor talipon yank kita hendak jejaki..Mudah sangat. But here is the thing…Not that easy. You will get suck and suck full time.
Why have interest in using this kind of service_ why people get pull into this to track the location by using phone number?
Generally those highly charged emotionally individual..orang orang yang terlalu emotional mungkin akan cuba untuk guna technology maca mini untuk “memuaskan hati mereka”.
Why People Feel Drawn to These Services – kenapa orang tertarik dengan servis seperti ini?
Most people don’t wake up wanting to “track a phone.” They end up here when emotions are high and rational thinking is low. Common scenarios:
- Broken Relationships – A frustrated ex, desperate to see where their partner is going, especially if there’s suspicion of cheating – Hubungan putus, cemburu, kecewa, sakwasangka…
- Scam Victims – Someone got conned online, lost money, and feels the only way to fight back is to “track the scammer.”..Individu yang kena scam, hilang banyak duit dan lalu cari cara untuk jejak scammer…
- Curiosity & Insecurity – People who just want to test if the technology really works, or those who feel insecure in a relationship….rasa ingin tahu samaada teknology ini betul atau tidak..
- Parents or Guardians – Some worried parents, instead of installing proper apps, try shortcuts like this to keep track of their children…Ibu bapa terlalu risau tentang anak-anak mereka lalu cari jalan mudah untuk cuba menjejak mereka…
- Scammers Themselves – Ironically, some fraudsters use these services hoping to track their own “targets,” which just makes them victims of another scam…scammer sendiri sebab bukan semua scammer itu bijak,,,jadi kalua scammer guna system ini, maka mereka pun kena scam juga…
Itu semua hanya JERAT SEMATA-MATA – It’s simply just a Trap – trap to tap your money.
Dari carian tadi, Saya jumpa empat laman yang berbeza: satu bernama “Finda”, tiga lagi guna jenama lain seperti GPS Tracking, Locator, dan Famio. Nampak macam berlainan, tapi kalau kita letak screenshot bersebelahan, kita nampak corak sama:
- Kotak input nombor telefon yang besar.
- Janji “pantas” (1 minit, 24 jam, tepat global).
- Harga percubaan murah (RM5 atau USD1).
- Langganan auto-renew macam mahal (RM190 atau $39.90 sebulan)…tapi kalua system betul, ok juga.
Why It Doesn’t Work / Kenapa Ia Tidak Berfungsi seperti yang dijanjikan
Dalam rangkaian telekom sebenar, yang saya faham, hanya operator / pengendali perkhidmatan seperti Maxis, Celcom, Digi dan lain-lain serta pihak berkuasa saja yang boleh jejaki lokasi melalui nombor. Ini mesti melalui jalan atau guna menara telekomunikasi dan akses sah. Tak ada laman web pihak ketiga boleh buat ini secara “ajaib” sebab sesiapa yang tidak ada kuasa atau kebenaraan, mereka tidak akan dapat. Sebagai contoh, tanpa seseorang masuk dan tidak pernah masuk ke rumah besar anda, mereka tidak akan tahu dimana anda letak kerusi instimewa anda..kecuali anda mempelawa dia masuk dan periksa rumah anda, bari dia tahu Lokasi kerusi Istimewa anda.
Saya boleh andai cara mereka buat untuk menjejaki Lokasi nombor telephon yang ditarget. Mereka akan guna cara lain..setelah nombor yang anda masuk didalam system mereka, mereka akan hantar satu LINK (URL) ke nombor itu, hanya dalam bentuk SMS message. Nasib baiklah kalua pemegang nombor itu klik itu URL LINK. Kalau tidak klik, mereka tidak akan tahu.

Yang hantar ke SMS cari Lokasi ini, saya sendiri pun boleh buat..Cuma kita tidak boleh buat sembarangan oleh kerana ini tertakluk dibawah Undang-Undang PDPA.
Their Real Business Model / Model Perniagaan Sebenar
These websites don’t make money from technology — they make money from subscriptions. Reviews on Trustpilot, Reddit, and Scamdoc are full of complaints:
- People charged $30–40 monthly after a cheap trial.
- Cancellation is almost impossible and your card will get deducted regularly. If you have subscribed to any of these systems, you can just go to your bank and change your card number.
- Support doesn’t respond as actually the operator could be just a single person or that the characteristic of a scammer.
Legal & Privacy Risks / Risiko Undang-undang & Privasi
Di Malaysia, menjejaki seseorang tanpa izin melanggar Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi (PDPA). Kalau telco sendiri pun tak sediakan servis ini untuk orang awam, bagaimana laman web tanpa identiti boleh buat secara sah? Kalua kita jejak orang tanpa diketahui atau dibenarkan oleh undang undang – tunggu mask jel sahaja.
Safer Alternatives / Alternatif Selamat
Kalau betul-betul perlu jejaki peranti sendiri atau ahli keluarga (dengan kebenaran), sebelum anda menggunakan peranti baharu anda, anak anda atau orang dibawah jagaan anda, bagus download dan install:-
- Google Find My Device
- Apple Find My iPhone
- Aplikasi family locator (jelas, dengan persetujuan)
Ini semua SAH sebab sudah dapat persetujuan dari orang-orang yang anda sayangi.
Dulu saya pernah terlupa Samsung Tab didalam AirAsia. Nasib baik saya sudah install Device Tracker (lupa dah nama sebab sudah 15 tahun dulu)….dapatlah saya track Samsung Tab saya…dari KLIA.dia berada di Kota Baharu. Semua gambar aktiviti dia masuk kedalam system….Contact dia..dia post balik..nasib baik.
Personally, I don’t subscribe to this kind of site. I have been working and learning how telecommunication system works for the past more than 20 years. It is not only technical but the legal aspect, admin aspect, and many other aspect…no way it can be done even with the current A.I. And also, if something promises the impossible at a very small fee, it usually means you’re the product. I share this here so that readers don’t fall into the trap. If you subscribe, you will be the product..quickly go to your bank and change your card.
